Facebook Goes Public

Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg still owns 28.4% of Facebook despite the huge amount of money the company has raised, according to the company's S-1 filing.

That amounts to 534 million shares. If Facebook is worth between $75 billion and $100 billion (we'll call it $87.5 billion), that's worth $24.7 billion.

Randi Zuckerberg, Mark's sister earned $128,750 in 2009, $139,578 in 2010 and $89,536 in 2011 during her time working at Facebook.

That's a total of $357,864. Randi left in August 2011 to start her own company, RtoZ Media. Read more here.
