JOKE: Snake Bite

Two adventurers are hiking through the Australian outback when one is bitten on the rear by a snake. He keels over in pain and agony. Jumping into the action, the other comforts him, "Don't worry, I'll run into town to get help." He sprints the entire 15 kilometres into the nearest town - not stopping until he gets to a doctor. The town's doctor is delivering a baby when the panicked man rushes in and tries to get him to come and help his friend. "I can't come," replies the doctor, "I'm delivering this baby. But here's what you can do. Take a knife, cut a little 'X' where the bite is and suck the poison out through that spot." The guy then runs all the way back to his friend. "What did the doctor say?" asked the victim. "He's says there's nothing we can do. You're going to die," replied his friend.
