The tour will also land in 26 major European cities such as Milan, Barcelona, Berlin and Paris, before hitting Hyde Park in London on July 17 and Murrayfield in Edinburgh on July 21.

Tickets for London are priced at £125 and £70. Tickets for Edinburgh range from £45 up to £125.

Madonna will also visit South America and Australia. She has not performed in the latter for 20 years.

The final leg of Madonna's show in North America will begin at the Wells Fargo Centre in Philadelphia, PA on August 28. The pop icon will appear at 25 dates in the US and Canada in total, including concerts in Boston, New York, Washington, Seattle, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Dallas and New Orleans.

The tour will come to a close at the Philips Arena in Atlanta, GA on November 17.

Tickets go on sale in the UK and Tel Aviv at 10am on Friday, February 10 and will be available from www.livenation.co.uk.

US tickets are available to purchase from February 13 and can be obtained through livenation.com and ticketmaster.com.

Madonna's previous 'Sticky & Sweet' jaunt ran from August 2008 to September 2009 and became the highest-grossing tour by a solo artist, as well as the fourth highest-grossing tour of all time with an overall gross of $408m (£258m).
